i have a sharp brand portable AC and it works great
one of those fans that has a mister in it!
a giant ice cube in the middle of living room, fans (ceiling fans included), and very tiny air conditioners that may or may not latch above ur door. also take hot showers (not cold) because it helps slow down the blood flow keeping everything cooler for longer.

It is $100.00. Its not portable, and MUST be in a window or it wont work correctly. I just bought a window ac unit 3 days ago. I love them. Sorry I couldnt give you much of a choice, but thats all you can get for 100 dollars.
